Jana Cuff is a mother of two girls who keep life busy and fun. She is passionate about education and learning and started her teaching journey as a High School Teacher. While pregnant with her first daughter she discovered the benefits of pregnancy yoga and the BumpYoga program. From there she was hooked and after her daughter was born she discovered Pilates and hasn't looked back. Jana's passion for Mindful Movement lead her to completing her training in Pilates with a focus on pre and post natal clientele and has trained in Pre and Post Natal Yoga, as well, as TOTAL Barre. She now runs a range of classes for pregnancy and beyond. Jana is passionate about empowering women, especially soon to be Mums and Mums, with the tools so that they can feel strong and good about themselves during pregnancy and after having their babies.
