Why is Yoga so good for pregnancy?

Yoga is a fantastic way to give you down time from your busy life. Invigorating and uplifting, the postures will strengthen and tone your body for the changes pregnancy and childbirth brings, while the relaxation and breathing will relieve stress and tension and encourage deep rest. 

I am new to yoga, will it be OK for me?

Our pregnancy classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and yoga experience. Classes are small, enabling the teacher to keep an eye on you, ensuring you are safe and working within your limits.

When can I start?

Classes are suitable from 16 weeks pregnant.

Where are classes held?

Classes are held at the Howick Recreation Centre on 563 Pakuranga Highway, East Auckland and 29 Granger Road, Howick. Private classes can also be arranged.
